针对掘进机截割臂难以用刚体形式进行动力学仿真及应力应变分析的问题,基于刚柔耦合的系统建模与仿真技术,利用ANSYS和ADAMS软件对截割臂刚柔耦合系统进行了动力学仿真和应力应变分析。由运行结果得到了横向截割工况下截割臂真实的运动状态以及截割主轴的应力应变情况,从而为掘进机截割臂的优化设计提供了一定的理论基础和量化依据。
Aiming at the problem that the cutting arm of boring machine is hard to be used in dynamic simulation and stress-strain analysis by rigid body, based on rigid-flexible coupling system modeling and simulation technology, the rigid-flexible coupling system of cutting arm is analyzed by ANSYS and ADAMS software. Simulation and stress-strain analysis. The real motion state of the cutting arm and the stress and strain of the cutting spindle under the transverse cutting condition are obtained from the operation results, which provides a theoretical basis and a quantitative basis for the optimization design of the cutting arm of the boring machine.
