评述了软磁合金经磁场热处理后性能的变化和因此在材料中所重迭的一种额外的或感生的各向异性的起因。在内容里特别就Graham(1959)评述发表后最近几年来出现的实险工作作了较为详细的叙述。首先对历年提出的对磁场处理的解释作了介绍,其中包括(1)应力-磁致伸缩理论,(2)有序理论,(3)方向有序理论。然后着重地对近年的实验工作,其中如Co的磁场热处理效应,微量元素,特别是氧,对某些软磁合金的磁场处理的影响等进行了叙述。最后对有关面心立方合金的磁导率减落现象的实验作了简要的描述。
The causes of the change in properties of a soft magnetic alloy after magnetic field heat treatment and therefore an additional or induced anisotropy in the material are reviewed. In the content, he made a more detailed account of the real work that has taken place in recent years after the publication of Graham’s (1959) commentary. Firstly, the explanations of magnetic field processing proposed in the past years are introduced, including (1) stress-magnetostriction theory, (2) order theory, (3) directional order theory. Then, we focus on recent experimental work, including the effect of magnetic field heat treatment of Co, trace elements, especially oxygen, on the magnetic field treatment of some soft magnetic alloys. Finally, a brief description of the experiment on the permeability reduction of face-centered cubic alloy is given.
