针对上顶栓压力常规PID控制存在响应慢、超调量大、抗干扰能力不强的问题,进行上顶栓压力的智能控制研究。利用AMESim和MATLAB/simulink进行液压系统和控制系统的联合仿真。以仿真得出的参数实现了基于S7-300PLC的模糊自整定PID控制算法,在GK255N型密炼机上进行实验。Wincc监控结果表明:模糊自整定PID控制比常规PID控制取得更好的控制效果。
In view of the problems of slow response, large overshoot and poor anti-interference ability, the conventional PID control of the top-plug pressure has been researched on the intelligent control of the top-plug pressure. Simultaneous Simulation of Hydraulic System and Control System with AMESim and MATLAB / simulink. Based on the simulation parameters, a fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm based on S7-300PLC was implemented and experiments were performed on a GK255N internal mixer. Wincc monitoring results show that: fuzzy self-tuning PID control to achieve better control than conventional PID control.
