“五条禁令”是公安部党委坚持从严治警、加强公安队伍正规化建设、塑造新时期公安队伍形象的重要举措,也是积极预防民警违法违纪、关爱民警的具体体现。本文分析了个别民警在执行“五条禁令”中存在的问题,提出了认真贯彻落实“五条禁令”的几点措施。 The “Five Bans” is an important measure taken by the party committee of the Ministry of Public Security to uphold the principle of treating the police strictly, strengthening the standardization of public security forces and shaping the image of public security forces in the new era. It is also a concrete manifestation of actively preventing illegal and law-abiding crimes and caring for civilian police in civilian police. This article analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the “Five Bans” by individual police and puts forward some measures to conscientiously implement the “Five Bans.”
