试验性研究了钛合金自锁螺母的温镦成形工艺。首先通过分析自锁螺母的结构特点和材料特性,并用Deform模拟螺母的成形过程,同时针对螺母六角成形困难的问题,提出了用浮动凹模成形钛合金自锁螺母的技术。随后通过对比分析固定凹模,研究了浮动凹模在金属成形时的运动模型与摩擦力分布特点。最后通过试验生产对比验证了该工艺方案的可行性,同时分析研究了温镦成形时钛合金的金相组织及过热组织,实现了钛合金螺母的精密成形,不仅提高了生产效率,更节省了材料。
Experimental study of titanium alloy self-locking nut warm upsetting process. Firstly, by analyzing the structural characteristics and material properties of the self-locking nut and using Deform to simulate the forming process of the nut, aiming at the difficult forming of the hexagon nut, a technique of forming a self-locking titanium alloy nut by using a floating die was proposed. Then by comparing and analyzing the fixed die, the movement model and the frictional force distribution of the floating die during metal forming are studied. At last, the feasibility of this process is verified through the comparison of test production. At the same time, the microstructure and overheat of titanium alloy during warm upsetting are analyzed and the precision forming of titanium alloy nut is realized, which not only improves the production efficiency but also saves more material.
