Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Th1 / Th2 polarization in patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL). Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood CD3 + CD8- cells of 26 patients with ANLL at onset and after remission, and compared with 28 control subjects in the same period. Results Before treatment, the ratio of Th0, Th1 cells and Th1 / Th2 in ANLL patients was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01) and Th2 cells were increased (P <0.05), and the ratio of Th0, Th1 cells and Th1 / (P <0.01), Th2 decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of ANLL may be related to the imbalance of Th1 / Th2.
