当前我国翻译硕士(MTI)教育发展速度相较于语言服务行业的发展速度存在一定滞后,人才培养进程中“职业化”程度偏低是制约本专业发展的瓶颈。因此,翻译硕士教育参与者应反思并妥善解决当前职业化进程中存在的问题,做好管理队伍职业化、教师队伍职业化、课程设置职业化、学生培养职业化,从而真正实现“高层次、应用型、专业化”的MTI人才培养目标,为行业培养更多优质毕业生,为我国文化对外传播和国民经济发展作出更大贡献。
