为了防止桥门式起重机在运行过程中发生重大事故,减少设备的故障率,优化维修策略的制定,以通用门式起重机为例,制定了起重机多维度运行信息监测方案。文中围绕应力应变状态、起制动系统振动状态监测、运行参数量状态量采集和环境视频监控等监测需求,完成了传感器选型、布置和数据传输方案设计。软硬件安装调试结果证实,系统方案满足GB/T28264-2012《起重机械安全监控管理系统》的技术性能要求。
In order to prevent the bridge crane in the process of running a major accident, reducing the failure rate of equipment to optimize the development of maintenance strategy, a universal gantry crane, for example, developed a multi-dimensional crane operation information monitoring program. In this paper, the sensor selection, layout and data transmission scheme design were completed around the stress and strain status, the monitoring of the vibration status of the braking system, the collection of the status and parameters of the operating parameters and the environment video monitoring. Hardware and software installation and commissioning results confirmed that the system program to meet GB / T28264-2012 “Lifting Machinery Safety Monitoring Management System” technical performance requirements.
