实验用 Wistar 大鼠35只,随机分为三组:Ⅰ.对照组;Ⅱ.饮水中加氟10ppm 组;Ⅲ.饮水中加氟30ppm 组。实验后7个月处理动物,用氟电极法测定大鼠尿氟含量,称量体重,用~3H-亮氨酸掺入法测定多种非骨性组织的蛋白质合成率.结果表明:Ⅱ、Ⅲ组大鼠尿氟含量增高;Ⅲ组大鼠体重减轻,其甲状腺、大脑、肝、肾、心和肺等器官的组织蛋白质合成率降低,而其脾、胃、小肠和骨骼肌的组织蛋白质合成率无明显改变;Ⅱ组大鼠体重未见减轻,其非骨性组织未见蛋白质合成率降低。
35 Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: I. Control group; II. Fluoride 10ppm group in drinking water; III. The animals were treated 7 months after the experiment. The urinary fluoride content of the rats was measured by the fluorine electrode method and the body weights were weighed. The protein synthesis rates of various non-bone tissues were measured by the ~3H-leucine incorporation method. The results showed that: The urinary fluoride content in group III rats increased; the group III rats lost body weight, their thyroid, brain, liver, kidney, heart and lung organs and other organ tissue protein synthesis rate decreased, while the spleen, stomach, small intestine and skeletal muscle tissue protein There was no significant change in the synthesis rate; body weight of group II rats was not reduced, and no protein synthesis rate was reduced in non-bone tissues.
