实验研究了用化学法产生碘分子作为碘源的氧碘化学激光器。该氧碘化学激光器采用列管单重态氧发生器,超音速氧碘混合喷管设计马赫数为2.5,增益区长度为26.5cm。在氯气流量为353mmol/s时,输出功率为7.8kW,相应的化学效率为24.5%。
