目的:采用近红外光谱法对不同产地的白芍中芍药苷含量进行快速测定。方法:以HPLC分析值作为参照,采用傅里叶变换近红外漫反射光谱技术采集白芍的近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立芍药苷含量的快速测定方法。结果:芍药苷红外校正模型的相关系数(R)、校正均方差(RMSEC)、内部验证均方差(RM-SEP)分别为0.9238、0.3120、0.7910。经外部验证,预测值与真实值的相关系数达0.9960。结论:该方法准确、快速、简便,可实现大批量白芍样品的快速分析。
Objective: To determine the content of paeoniflorin in white peony root from different areas by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods: The HPLC method was used as the reference, the near infrared spectra of Radix Paeoniae Alba were collected by Fourier transform near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and the rapid determination method of paeoniflorin was established by partial least squares (PLS). Results: The correlation coefficient (R), RMSEC and RM-SEP of paeoniflorin IR were 0.9238,0.3120,0.7910 respectively. Externally validated, the correlation coefficient between predicted and real values is 0.9960. Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and simple and can be used for the rapid analysis of large quantities of samples of Radix Paeoniae Alba.
