目的分析人性化星际护理服务在门诊小儿输液室中的临床应用效果。方法纳入此研究中的110例研究对象均为沈阳市儿童医院门诊于2014年3月至2015年11月期间收治的输液患儿,根据其入院输液的先后顺序划分为观察组和对照组,分别选择人性化星级护理以及常规护理,分析两组患儿的应用效果。结果两组患儿分别经过护理后,其家属护理满意度经计算后分别为92.73%和80%,同时观察组不良事件发生情况发生率低于对照组,组间数据经过对比计算后P值在0.05以下,统计学意义产生。结论门诊输液患儿采用人性化星级护理服务模式能够提升其患儿家属的满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humanized interstellar nursing service in outpatient pediatric infusion room. Methods The 110 subjects included in this study were infants admitted to Shenyang Children’s Hospital from March 2014 to November 2015. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the sequence of admission and admission Select the humane star care and routine care, analysis of the application effect of two groups of children.
