为了满足海量的异构肿瘤临床数据处理和肿瘤疾病的多中心协作诊疗需求,利用网格平台建立肿瘤数据互联系统(TDIS),实现虚拟化的肿瘤诊断服务平台,实时共享并规范化管理肿瘤信息。该系统采用Globus Toolkit4.0开发工具搭建开放式网格服务框架,基于Web服务资源框架(WSRF)封装数据资源,利用中间件技术为异构数据交互提供统一的访问接口,以虚拟化服务优化互联交互过程并灵活查询、调用肿瘤信息资源。针对海量异构肿瘤数据,采用联邦存储及多种授权模式的安全服务机制,实时监测及平衡负载。该系统可协同管理多中心的异构肿瘤数据,实现肿瘤患者数据的查询、共享及分析,对比匹配典型病例库或各服务节点的病例信息库资源,协助医生查阅相似病例资料并制定综合的肿瘤治疗方案,有效地提高肿瘤诊治效率,并促进肿瘤协同诊疗模式的发展。
In order to meet the needs of massive clinical data processing of heterogeneous tumors and multi-center collaborative diagnosis and treatment of tumor diseases, a grid data platform for tumor data interconnection (TDIS) is established to realize a virtualized tumor diagnosis service platform to share and standardize tumor information in real time.
