采用相转移制备方法,用聚合物膜改性镁钛系商品聚乙烯催化剂SLC-B(L)制备了单反应生产宽分子量分布的镁钛系聚乙烯催化剂,观察了催化剂的微观形态、绘制了催化反应动力学曲线、表征了聚合产物的性能、讨论了影响催化剂性能的因素。研究结果表明,用相转移制备方法可以成功地将聚合物膜负载在商品催化剂的表面;改性的催化剂可以使镁钛系催化剂聚合产物的分子量分布变宽,动力学表现平稳,但活性有所降低;聚合物膜含量越多,聚合产物的分子量分布越宽,但活性下降越明显;改性的催化剂氢调不敏感。
Preparation of a wide range of molecular weight distribution of Mg-Ti-based polyethylene catalysts by single phase reaction was carried out by phase-transfer preparative method using polymer film modified Magnesitanium-based commercial polyethylene catalyst SLC-B (L). The microscopic morphology of the catalyst was observed. Catalytic kinetic curves were used to characterize the polymerization products. The factors affecting the performance of the catalysts were discussed. The results show that the polymer membrane can be successfully supported on the surface of commercial catalyst by phase-transfer preparation method. The modified catalyst can broaden the molecular weight distribution of the product and improve the kinetics, Decreased; the more the content of the polymer membrane, the wider the molecular weight distribution of the polymerization product, but the more obvious the decline in activity; hydrogen-modified catalyst is not sensitive.
