作者于1986～1990年间,对多种原因引起的难治性心衰加用多巴胺、654-2治疗共21例,现报告如下。21例均系本院住院病人,其中男14例,女7例。年龄43～68岁,平均55.5岁。肺心病12例,风心病6例,扩张性心肌病3例,经强心甙、利尿剂和/或血管扩张剂等治疗5～7天,心功能仍为Ⅳ级(NYHA标准)。用多巴胺20～30mg、654-2 20～40mg,加入5%葡萄糖250ml 中,以<5 ug/kg/min 速度静滴,每日一次,连用5～7天。疗效标准:1.临床症状和体征消失或显著减轻,心电图明显改善,心功能转为Ⅱ级为显效。2.临床症
