作者以多年班主任工作的眼光,观察当今青年班主任工作的现状,从个人气质、职业动机、智能水平、心理品格、沟通能力等方面分析研究了青年班主任成长的主要障碍所在,并就学校培养青年班主任和青年班主任自我成长提出了几点对策建议。
The author looks at the status quo of the current director of the youth class from the perspective of director’s work for many years and analyzes the main obstacles to the growth of the director of the youth class in terms of personal temperament, professional motivation, intelligence level, psychological character and communication ability. And youth teacher self-growth put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
