用气调保鲜方法使苹果保鲜的新技术,已经在杭州通过专家鉴定。气调保鲜是近年来出现的水果保鲜新技术,其原理是在水果贮存环境中,适当降低氧的含量和提高二氧化碳的浓度,延缓成熟以达到保鲜效果。早熟品种苹果采用气调保鲜法,可贮藏203天。这项技术是由杭州化工研究所、杭州果品食杂公司科研人员通力合作,经过近两年的努力而试制成功。
