为了研究玻璃纤维增强塑料GFRP(glass fiber reinforced plastic)锚杆的粘结性能,对GFRP锚杆轴向传力机理进行了研究,基于Mindlin位移解,得到GFRP锚杆的剪应力和轴应力的计算公式。利用MATLAB软件编制程序得到GFRP锚杆的剪应力及轴力沿杆体轴向方向的分布曲线。通过现场拉拔试验结合有限元分析软件ANSYS建模分析结果,得到了GFRP锚杆的剪应力、轴力沿杆体分布规律以及锚杆的粘结-滑移曲线,试验值与有限分析结果及理论计算值基本吻合,验证了有限元分析与理论推导的准确性。该研究为GFRP锚杆的设计和工程应用提供理论依据。
In order to study the bond behavior of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) anchors, the axial force transmission mechanism of GFRP anchors was studied. Based on the Mindlin displacement solution, the shear stress and axial stress of GFRP anchors were calculated formula. The program of MATLAB software was used to obtain the distribution of shear stress and axial force along the axial direction of GFRP bolt. Through the field drawing test combined with the finite element analysis software ANSYS modeling and analysis results, the shear stress of GFRP bolt, the distribution law of axial force along the rod body and the bond-slip curve of the bolt are obtained.
