有一定职务和权力的人总是倾向于滥用职权,其应用边际直至遇到预防阻力和反弹而不能前进为止。本文对滥用职权而导致的职务犯罪的特征、原因等进行了分析,同时,从压实“两个责任”以及健全职务犯罪预防考核评价体制机制等方面对职务犯罪预防工作提出了建议和对策。
