为使检察工作科学发展,各级检察院都根据上级院并结合本院实际制定了考核办法。随着量化考核、排定位次、争先创优的出现,考核内容也就随之而变,每年年初制定方案,征求意见,发文执行。年底组织核算评估,在制定考核内容及实际执行中已经出现了一些偏差。本文在不否定考核给检察工作带来的积极作用的前提下,简要分析了检察业务考核在实际工作中的重要作用及出现的偏差,并就如何正确做好检察业务考核做了着重阐述。
