为了研究锤式破碎机关键零部件的受力情况,对主轴进行设计优化,对锤头进行寿命预测,对碰撞破碎过程进行模拟仿真,提出了柔性化设计方法,研究了柔性体的生成算法和连接算法,建立了刚柔耦合分析模型。通过proe/adams/ansys的联合应用,得到了满足性能驱动的分析结果。研究结果将为锤式破碎机的设计开发提供依据。
In order to study the stress of the key components of the hammer crusher, the design optimization of the spindle, the life prediction of the hammer, the simulation of the crushing process are simulated, the flexible design method is proposed, the generation algorithm of flexible body and Connection algorithm, established a rigid-flexible coupling analysis model.
