针对某金属冶炼电炉厂房在施工过程中箱型钢柱焊缝开裂的问题,对箱型钢柱采用钢箍与角钢的加固方案。加固方案及参数包括钢箍与角钢的组合方式、钢箍与角钢间的距离、角钢的厚度和长度。为选取加固的最优设计参数,引入初始缺陷,应用有限元软件ABAQUS对加固后的钢柱进行非线性数值模拟,得到钢柱屈曲临界承载力和应力分布的规律。
For a metal smelting furnace plant in the construction process of welded steel box column cracking problems, the use of steel reinforced steel box and angle steel reinforcement program. Reinforcement options and parameters include the combination of steel hoop and angle, the distance between the steel hoop and the angle, the thickness and length of the angle. In order to select the optimal design parameters for reinforcement, the initial defects were introduced. The nonlinear numerical simulation of reinforced steel columns was carried out by finite element software ABAQUS. The critical buckling load and stress distribution of the steel columns were obtained.
