对2A02硬铝合金进行了不同的时效处理,然后进行了腐蚀性能检测。采用恒温浸泡方法、极化曲线测量、扫描电镜等手段研究了不同时效处理对合金的组织及性能尤其是晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:对于单级时效而言,自然时效析出相较少,随时效温度升高,析出相增多,但大量析出相存在于晶界;两级时效析出相细小弥散,且均匀分布于晶内。硬铝合金的电化学腐蚀过程以晶间腐蚀为主,随时效温度的升高,耐蚀性增强。两级时效可获得均匀的晶粒结构与细小弥散的析出相分布形态,材料的耐蚀性能最好。
2A02 hard aluminum alloy for different aging treatment, and then conducted a corrosion test. The effects of different aging treatments on microstructure and properties, especially intergranular corrosion resistance, were studied by means of constant temperature immersion, polarization curve measurement and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that for the single-stage aging, there are few natural aging precipitates, and the precipitated phases increase with aging temperature, but a large number of precipitates exist in the grain boundaries. The two-stage aged precipitates are finely dispersed and uniformly distributed in the grains . The electrochemical corrosion of hard aluminum alloy is mainly intergranular corrosion. With the increase of aging temperature, the corrosion resistance is enhanced. Two-stage aging can be uniform grain structure and fine dispersed precipitation phase distribution morphology, corrosion resistance of the material best.
