蹲踞式起跑技术在短跑中具有重要的意义,及时而又正确的起跑,对于争取起跑时的每一个0.1秒的时间有着现实的意义,而且是跑好疾跑,尽快发挥出最高速度的先决条件,同时,良好的起跑能增强跑好全程的自信心,产生极大的鼓舞作用。中学生学习蹲踞式起跑时,经常出现以下几个问题:一是容易产生后坐,二是重心偏低,由于这两者原因,而导致了起跑时后蹬无力,以及起跑动作错误等等,如何解决中学生短跑起跑教学训练的这一难题呢?本文针对起跑这一难题,提出相应的教学与训练方法。
