目的:了解某市乡镇卫生院收支结构及变化趋势。方法:采用Excel调查表,由市卫生局统一要求辖区内全部卫生院填报近10年收支数据。结果:159所卫生院提供了完整的报表。扣除物价上涨,近10年院均总收入、药品收入、医疗收入及财政补助年均增长率分别为16.39%、14.63%、15.54%及43.01%;总支出、药品及医疗支出年均增长率分别为17.11%、14.03%及18.64%;同期就诊人次年均增长5.79%。结论:该市卫生院近十年收支基本平衡且逐年增长,幅度高于物价、当地GDP及就诊人次增长。 Objective: To understand the income and expenditure structure and trend of township hospitals in a certain city. Methods: Using Excel questionnaire, the Municipal Health Bureau requires all health centers within the jurisdiction to fill in the income and expenditure data for the past 10 years. Results: 159 hospitals provide a complete report. After deducting rising prices, the average annual growth rate of hospital receipts, drug income, medical income and financial subsidies in the past 10 years were 16.39%, 14.63%, 15.54% and 43.01% respectively. The average growth rates of total expenditure, medicine and medical expenses were respectively 17.11%, 14.03% and 18.64% respectively; the average number of visits for the same period increased by 5.79% annually. Conclusion: The city’s public health centers have basically maintained their balance of payments in recent ten years and have been growing year by year, which is higher than the price and the growth of local GDP and attendance.
