兴澄特钢新1号高炉在开炉装料过程中,首次应用了三维激光扫描技术对高炉料面进行测量。实践表明,通过三维激光扫描技术获得的高炉圆周三维料面信息,比二维料面轮廓得到的料面数据更多,不仅弥补了国内高炉开炉二维测量方法的缺陷,尤其是判断十字测温对料面煤气流分布的影响,而且可以轻松实现实时量取各个位置的距离和角度,分析出圆周料层全部位置的炉料负荷和料面形状,更能真实地反映料面的实际形状,更准确、直观地确定料面的矿焦厚度和炉料的透气性,并可以任意实时获取需求数据,满足分析高炉炉况的要求。
