教师领导力的培养和提升是学校建设的必然要求,教师自下而上的真正参与到教学改革中来,成为改革的主导者,去行政化的教育改革氛围才能达到学习者真正需要的效果。为了满足各层次学习者需求,不同级别的开放大学面临的责任是有区别的。本文主要探讨开放大学建设中省级教师应具有的领导力问题研究,根据省级教师不仅要面对学生,还要起到联系国家开放大学和下级分校的作用这样的特点,在界定教师领导力的内涵的基础上,重新审视开放大学的省级教师所应具有的专业能力和提升方法的探讨。
The training and promotion of teacher’s leadership are the inevitable requirements of school construction. Teachers from bottom-up to truly participate in the teaching reform and become the leader of the reform, go to the administrative atmosphere of education reform in order to achieve the desired effect of the learners. In order to meet the needs of learners at all levels, different levels of open universities face different responsibilities. This paper mainly discusses the provincial leadership should have the issue of leadership in open university construction research, according to the provincial teachers not only to face the students, but also play a role in contact with the National Open University and the lower branch of such a feature in the definition of teacher leadership On the basis of connotation, this paper reexamines the professional ability and promotion methods of provincial teachers in open universities.
