通过乌龙茶对MNNG(N-甲基-N′-硝基-N-亚硝基胍)诱发大鼠胃肠道恶性肿瘤的抑制作用实验,结果表明,乌龙茶不仅能降低MNNG诱发大鼠胃肠道恶性肿瘤的发生率,还能抑制肿瘤的生长和转移。此外,还对乌龙茶的抑癌作用机制等进行了讨论,认为乌龙茶的抑癌作用可能与茶叶中的多酚破坏胃液中N-亚硝基化合物以及乌龙茶对免疫功能具有保护或调整作用有关。
Inhibitory effect of oolong tea on MNNG (N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine)-induced gastrointestinal cancer in rats was tested and the results showed that oolong tea not only reduced the gastrointestinal tract induced by MNNG in rats. The incidence of malignant tumors can also inhibit tumor growth and metastasis. In addition, the anti-cancer mechanism of Oolong tea was also discussed. It is believed that the anti-cancer effect of Oolong tea may be related to the protection or regulation of N-nitroso compounds in gastric juice by tea polyphenols and the protection or regulation of immune function by Oolong tea.
