本文观察家兔AMI后冠状窦与动脉血中血小板聚集性和PGI_2与TXA_2的稳定代谢产物6-keto-PGF_(1α)与TXB_2血浆浓度的变化,以及瓜蒌注射液和心得安单独或联合治疗对其变化及梗塞范围的影响。结果表明结扎冠状动脉左室支6h,血小板最大聚集率,最大聚集速度及TXB_2均明显升高,且冠状窦与动脉血变化一致;6-keto-PGF_(1α)及6-keto-PGF_(1α)/TXB_2比值变化不明显。瓜蒌和心得安单独或联合用药,明显抑制血小板聚集和TXB_2的变化,并能显著缩小梗塞范围,但两药无协同作用。
This study was designed to observe the platelet aggregation in the coronary sinus and arterial blood and the changes in plasma concentrations of 6-keto-PGF_(1α) and TXB_2, which are stable metabolites of PGI_2 and TXA_2, in rabbits after AMI, and whether they were treated with glucosamine alone or in combination with propranolol. Impact on the changes and infarct size. The results showed that the left ventricular branch of the coronary artery was ligated for 6 h, and the maximum platelet aggregation rate, maximal aggregation rate and TXB_2 were significantly increased, and the changes of coronary sinus and arterial blood were consistent; 6-keto-PGF_(1α) and 6-keto-PGF_(1α) )/TXB_2 ratio change is not obvious. The combination of quail and propranolol alone or in combination significantly inhibited platelet aggregation and TXB_2 changes, and significantly reduced infarct size, but the two drugs had no synergistic effect.
