本文重点阐述欧洲斜行电梯标准prEN81-222003[1]重点内容的理解。斜行电梯与普通垂直升降电梯相比,最大的不同就在于轨道的倾斜,并由此而产生了机械结构及运行特性上的变化。比如导轨的受力,曳引绳的导向,随行电缆的防护,水平加减速度的产生等。作为一种具有特殊结构和特殊要求的电梯,为保证斜行电梯的运行安全可靠,欧洲标准委员会(CEN)下的技术委员会CEN/TC10“客梯、货梯和服务梯”工作组起草了斜行电梯标准prEN81-22,对斜行电梯的设计、制造及安装提出了安全性能要求。鉴于我国近年陆续有斜行电梯出现,而国内目前尚无斜行电梯相关方面的标准或技术要求,现将欧洲斜行电梯标准草案做一些介绍,以供参考。
This article focuses on the European ramp elevator standard prEN81-222003 [1] key elements of understanding. Inclined elevator standard prEN81-22, put forward the safety performance requirements for the design, manufacture and installation of inclined elevator. In view of our country in recent years, there have been inclined ramp elevator, but there is no domestic oblique angle related standard or technical requirements, now the European standard ramp draft elevator do some introduction for reference.
