水力机械及金属结构专业委员会组织的高水头电站混流式水轮机考察小组一行六人,于83年11月26日至12月23日完成了西洱河,大寨、六郎洞、绿水河、南丫河、渔子溪等电站水轮机现场考察工作。考察期间得到有关电站大力协助,使考察工作得以顺利进行。 被调查的电站机组转速为500—1000转/分,水轮机转轮叶片出口处相对流速最高达50米/秒左右,运行头几年间水轮机汽蚀、磨损破坏十分严重。有的水轮机运行1—2年(一万小时左右),转轮就损坏得无法修复而报废,引起有关方面的关注。通过有大专院校、研究所、设计院、制造厂和电站几年的共同努力,现已获得初步解决。六郎洞电站2号机转轮自79年4月投入使用,至今已运行四年多(三万多小时),汽蚀、磨损破坏轻微,基本完好如初。绿水河、渔子溪电站水轮机转轮也得到了较大改善。而导叶、上下抗磨板等损坏还较严重,尚有待进一步完善。高水头电站混流式水轮机的
