分析我国城市旅游文化事业管理的现状——以导游讲解对旅游景区形象的影响为例

众所周知,随着现代经济的飞速发展,旅游作为一种户外活动,在我国扮演着越来越重要的角色。适当的徒步旅游不仅能使游客放松心情,使其身心在工作、学习的压力下得以舒展,而且在追求精神文明的同时感受中国乃至国际上的悠久历史文化,因此旅游业目前是深受大家喜爱。其中,在导游服务中,导游讲解服务又起着至关重要的作用。诚然,导游讲解员自身的专业素养,其在导游工作中的敬业精神,以及对旅游景区的认识是否准确恰当,都直接影响着游客对旅游景区的客观认识,从而塑造旅游景区形象,间接对旅游景区的产品销售产生深远影响。本文通过探讨导游讲解对旅游景区形象的影响,提出如何提高导游讲解能力的方案策略。 As we all know, with the rapid development of modern economy, tourism as an outdoor activity plays an increasingly important role in our country.
