改革开放后的中国,资本以一种强劲的姿态在社会各个领域进行总体性扩张,成为当代社会不可忽视的支配性力量。资本为实现其价值增殖的本质,通过空间的扩张(即全球化进程)和领域的渗透(即市场化推进)确立自身。因资本构成、运营主体及约束机制的不同,中国企业社会责任的存在形态和发展方式呈现出差异化特征。当代中国企业社会责任的建设,应帮助企业超越资本逻辑的宰制,针对中国企业社会责任的差异化现状,依据经济、社会、文化三元生态模式进行建构。
After China’s reform and opening up, capital expanded in all spheres of society with a strong stance and became the dominant force that can not be ignored in contemporary society. In order to realize the essence of its value proliferation, capital establishes itself through the expansion of space (ie, the process of globalization) and the penetration of fields (ie marketization). Due to the differences of capital structure, operation main body and restraint mechanism, the existing forms and development modes of CSR in China show the characteristics of differentiation. The construction of corporate social responsibility in contemporary China should help enterprises to surpass the control of capital logic. According to the status quo of differentiation of corporate social responsibility in China, the corporate social responsibility should be constructed based on the three-dimensional ecological model of economy, society and culture.
