近年极低体重儿存活数增加,由于其生长迅速,铁供应量可能赶不上需要,因而作者研究了血红蛋白浓度与年龄之间的相关性。对象:出生体重不足1,000g的极低体重儿共28例,胎龄平均27.5周,除2例生后3个月左右死亡,余均在生后第4、9、15个月时进行随访。均以人乳喂养,5个月时补充固体辅食。铁供应量稍高于一般早产儿。2个月龄时给铁滴剂,2.5个月时给铁制剂,
In recent years, the survival of very low birth weight children increased, due to its rapid growth, iron supply may not keep pace with the need for the author studied the correlation between hemoglobin concentration and age. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 28 very low birth weight children with a birth weight of less than 1,000 g were born. The average gestational age was 27.5 weeks.
