建立现代企业制度,是社会化大生产和市场经济的必然要求,是我国国有企业改革的方向。企业作为国家的基本经济单位,必然要面向市场,参与到日趋激烈的市场竞争中去。在这种巨大的压力下,企业必须以抓好职工教育和职业培训来提高自身素质,以高素质的人才实力去迎接市场竞争的挑战。本文拟就现代企业制度对企业职工队伍素质的要求,现代企业制度中职工教育与职业培训的地位特征,充分发挥职工教育
Establishing a modern enterprise system is an inevitable requirement of socialized mass production and a market economy and is the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country. As the basic economic unit of a country, enterprises must face the market and participate in the increasingly fierce market competition. Under such tremendous pressure, enterprises must improve their own quality by focusing on employee education and vocational training and meet the challenge of market competition with high-quality personnel. This article intends to modern enterprise system on the quality of the staff of the enterprise requirements, the modern enterprise system in the position of employee education and vocational training features, give full play to employee education
