在厘清现代学徒制有关概念、借鉴期望-实绩模型和SERVQUAL方法设计现代学徒制“导学关系”调查问卷的基础上,对包括首批现代学徒制试点单位在内的高职院校开展现代学徒制“导学关系”、保障机制实证研究,详细了解其在招生与就业、教师(师傅)基本情况及指导制度、师生(师徒)关系、教育培养及保障、满意度和忠诚度等方面的描述性信息,运用重要性与满意度之间的绩效差距,分析高职院校现代学徒制“导学关系”的主要指标,并依据研究结论提出优先改进建议。
On the basis of clarifying the related concepts of modern apprenticeship, referring to the expectation-performance model and SERVQUAL method to design the modern apprenticeship system and conducting the questionnaire about the relationship between teaching and learning, this paper starts with the vocational colleges including the first batch of modern apprenticeship units Modern Apprenticeship “Guiding Learning Relationship ”, Safeguards Mechanism Empirical Study, Understanding of Basic Information and Employment, Teachers’ (Master) Basic Information and Guidance System, Relationship between Teachers and Students (Master), Education and Guarantee, Satisfaction and Loyalty and other aspects of the descriptive information, using the performance gap between importance and satisfaction, the analysis of the modern apprenticeship “guiding relationship ” the main indicators of higher vocational colleges, and based on the conclusions of the study made recommendations to improve the priority.
