目的:探究自然铜炮制的全面分析方法。方法:使用X射线衍射、远红外光谱分析法、热重-差热分析法对自然铜煅品结构、热稳定性及主要化学成分进行分析。结果:X射线分析:生品主要物相FeS_2,煅品中FeS_2含量下降(P<0.05),复杂物相包括FeO(OH)、Fe_7S_8、Fe_2O_3等。远红外线图谱分析发现煅品生成物中包含Fe_2O_3。热分析显示,400~1 000℃时自然铜FeS_2逐渐分解,煅品成分结构变化不大。结论:使用红外光谱、热重-差热、X射线衍射分析自然铜生成及煅品是可行的。
Objective: To explore a comprehensive analysis of natural copper processing methods. Methods: The structure, thermal stability and chemical composition of natural copper calcined product were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, far-infrared spectroscopy and TG-DTA. Results: The X-ray analysis showed that FeS 2, the main product phase of raw product, FeS 2 content, and FeO (OH), Fe 7 F 8 and Fe 2 O 3 decreased in the calcareous product (P <0.05). Far-infrared spectroscopy analysis found that the calcined product contains Fe 2 O 3. Thermal analysis shows that the natural copper FeS_2 gradually decomposes at 400-1000 ℃, and the composition of the calcined product does not change much. Conclusion: It is feasible to use IR, TG-DTA and X-ray diffraction to analyze natural copper and calcined product.
