本文报道了建立的国内第一套激发光源在220nm~970nm连续可调谐的共振拉曼测量系统。详细分析了影响谱图信噪比的因素,提出了相应的抑制噪声的方法,优化了参数设置,测得了满意的谱图。
This paper reports the resonant Raman measurement system of the first tunable excitation light source in China that is tunable from 220 nm to 970 nm. The factors influencing the signal-noise ratio of the spectrum are analyzed in detail, and the corresponding methods of noise suppression are proposed. The parameters are optimized and the satisfactory spectra are measured.
