某油田开发进入高含水期后,注水符合率下降较快,因此要加细注水层段、加密测试周期的工作要求。对注水井测调周期调整后,年测调工作量增加50%以上,若再考虑稳产期间注水井数日益增多因素,测调队伍与工作量间的矛盾将更加突出。在测调队伍不增加的情况下,只有通过提高注水井测调效率才能解决这一问题,为此开展了双流量智能测调技术及配套技术研究,首次提出了注水井流量测试与调整实时同步的技术思路,改变了常规技术测调分开、投捞更换不同水嘴调节流量的传统工作方式,建立了一套全新的注水井分层测调技术体系,并在推广应用中得出一些结论认识。
