本实验观察比较了H22肿瘤细胞TNF一x基因修饰前后的体内致瘤性及经照射后作为瘤苗的治疗作用.结果表明在实验剂量范围内,H22-TNF-x细胞较H22原肿瘤细胞致瘤性下降,且经照射后作为瘤苗对一定剂量的原肿瘤细胞有治疗作用.为基因修饰瘤苗的进一步研究打下基础.
This experiment compared the tumorigenicity of H22 tumor cells before and after TNF-x gene modification and the therapeutic effect of irradiation after irradiation. The results showed that H22-TNF-x cells were compared with H22 tumor cells within the experimental dose range. The tumor is declining, and it acts as a tumor vaccine after exposure to a certain dose of the original tumor cells. It lays a foundation for the further study of genetically modified tumor vaccines.
