主要论述了适合目前工艺水平的,频率覆盖范围超过十几个倍频程的一种超宽带2路0°功率分配器的电路设计方案。这种设计方法主要基于Multi-section Wilkinson带状线结构,利用Ansoft软件建立模型,自动进行优化仿真,得到理想参数值。最终,使用DXP辅助软件绘制版图,制作了2~20 GHz的超宽带功率分配器。实际测试结果表明,在整个频带内插入损耗小于1 dB,驻波比小于1.5,隔离度大于20.5 dB,幅度不平衡度小于0.3 dB,相位不平衡度小于5°,满足设计需要,具有很好的实用性。
The circuit design scheme of an ultra-wideband 2-way 0 ° power divider which is suitable for the current technological level and whose frequency coverage is over a dozen octaves is mainly discussed. This design method is mainly based on Multi-section Wilkinson stripline structure, using Ansoft software to establish a model, automatically optimize the simulation to obtain the ideal parameter values. Finally, the DXP assistive software was used to draw the layout and a 2 to 20 GHz UWB power splitter was made. The actual test results show that the insertion loss is less than 1 dB, the VSWR is less than 1.5, the isolation is greater than 20.5 dB, the amplitude unbalance is less than 0.3 dB and the phase unbalance is less than 5 °, which meets the design needs and has good performance Practicality.
