房屋登记制度是不动产登记制度的核心内容。房屋登记审查形式,对于确保房屋登记的公信力,维护交易安全,促进交易效率,明确相关部门责任具有重要影响。建立房地产登记模式对社会和法律文化传统有重要作用,与当前的制度建设是密切相关的。因此,本文从我国现行法律,的房屋登记模式分析,从我国的运行规则和程序实际登记审查不动产登记的审查模式,在理论上进行梳理,对改善中国的不动产登记审查制度和物权法体系有一定的理论和现实意义。
Housing registration system is the core content of real estate registration system. The form of housing registration examination has a significant impact on ensuring the credibility of housing registration, maintaining transaction security, promoting transaction efficiency and clarifying the responsibilities of relevant departments. Therefore, based on the analysis of the present law and housing registration mode in our country, the paper reviews the examination mode of real estate registration from the actual operating rules and procedures in our country and sorts out them in theory.
