上学期以来,南京师范大学已有四百四十多名学生走出校园,应聘担任了中小学学生、学前儿童、自学青年以及职工文化补习、成人高考等家庭辅导教师,受到了社会的欢迎。师范院校的学生应聘担任家庭教师,不仅培养和巩固了大学生的能力和专业知识,而且,在教学过程中可以针对不同学生的特点因材施教,有的放矢地解决学生学习中的疑难,从 Since the last semester, more than 440 students from Nanjing Normal University have gone out of school. They have been recruited to serve as primary and secondary school students, pre-school children, self-study youth, and staff tutors and adult tutors. They have been welcomed by the community. Students of teachers’ colleges are employed as family teachers, not only to cultivate and consolidate the students’ abilities and professional knowledge, but also to teach students in accordance with the characteristics of different students in the teaching process, and to solve problems in student learning in a targeted manner.
