小花棘豆的地上部分用95%工业乙醇提取后,减压浓缩至小体积,以石油醚脱脂和叶绿素,再分别以氯仿和乙酸乙酯提取。从氯仿提取物中分得两种黄酮醇:晶Ⅰ和晶Ⅱ;从乙酸乙酯提取物中分得三种黄酮醇甙:晶Ⅲ、晶Ⅳ和晶Ⅴ。晶Ⅰ(山奈酚):黄色砂粒状结晶;mp:276~278℃;三氯化铁反应:污绿色;盐酸—镁粉反应:红色;氯氧化锆—枸橼酸反应:示有C_5—OH,C_3-OH;UV(λmax,um):Me0H268,322,364;NaOMe276,312,416;AlCl_3=AlCl_3/HCl 274.7,310,402.9;NaOAc
The aerial parts of Oxytropis rapae were extracted with 95% industrial ethanol, concentrated under reduced pressure to a small volume, delipidated with petroleum ether and chlorophyll, and extracted with chloroform and ethyl acetate, respectively. Two flavonols were isolated from the chloroform extract: crystal I and crystal II; three flavonol quinones were obtained from the ethyl acetate extract: crystal III, crystal IV, and crystal V.
