本文用对比方法研究熟地黄炮制前后对小鼠免疫功能的影响,结果表明:干地黄水提取物使外周血液 T 淋巴细胞显著增加(P<0.05);干地黄醇提取物明显促进抗 SRPC 抗体——溶血素生成(P<0.05),减少外周血液 T 淋巴细胞(P<0.01),熟地黄水提取物无此作用;熟地黄醇提取物只能使外周血液 T 淋巴细胞减少(P<0.001)。提示当干地黄炮制为熟地黄时,它的增强免疫作用减弱而抑制免疫作用仍存。
In this paper, we compared the effects of cooked yellow extract on mouse immune function before and after processing. The results showed that: the dry yellow water extract significantly increased peripheral blood T lymphocytes (P <0.05); dry sun alcohol extract significantly promoted anti-SRPC antibodies - -Hemolysin production (P<0.05), reduction of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood (P<0.01), Rehmannia glutinosa extract had no such effect; Rehmanol extract only decreased peripheral blood T lymphocytes (P<0.001) . It is suggested that when Radix Rehmanniae Preparata is processed into Rehmannia glutinosa, its enhanced immunity weakens and its immunosuppressive effect remains.
