目的调查农村中学在校初中生的主观睡眠情况。方法采用非概率抽样法整群抽取某农村中学初中生147名,应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)分别进行调查,用SPSS10.0统计软件包对资料进行分析。结果1农村初中生的睡眠障碍发生率为10.2%,而初三学生的发生率是16.7%;初中生嗜睡发生率14.9%,初三学生是21.4%。2男生PSQI的因子3分数高于女生(P=0.025);不同年级学生之间的PSQI总分(P<0.05)、因子3、4、5(P<0.01)有差异,初三学生的PSQI总分及其因子3、4分数最高;学习成绩优、中、差的学生在因子3(P<0.05)和因子4(P<0.01)方面有差异,成绩优者分数高。结论农村中学在读初中生存在睡眠障碍,男生的睡眠持续性较差,初三学生以及成绩好的学生的睡眠状况最差,表现在睡眠持续性和睡眠效率方面。
Objective To investigate the subjective sleep of junior high school students in rural middle schools. Methods A total of 147 junior high school students from a rural middle school were recruited by non-probabilistic sampling method. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) were used to investigate the data. SPSS10.0 statistical package was used to analyze the data. Results 1 The incidence of sleep disorders in junior middle school students in rural areas was 10.2%, while the incidence rate of junior high school students was 16.7%. The rate of somnolence among junior high school students was 14.9% and that of junior high school students was 21.4%. The score of PSQI in 3 boys was higher than that of girls in 2 boys (P = 0.025). The PSQI scores (P <0.05) and the factors of 3,4,5 (P <0.01) The total score and its score of 3 and 4 were the highest. Students with excellent, moderate and poor performance had different scores in factor 3 (P <0.05) and factor 4 (P <0.01). Conclusion Junior high school students in rural middle school have sleep disorder, and their male students have poor sleep continuity. The third school students and those with good grades have the worst sleep status, which is manifested in the aspects of sleep continuity and sleep efficiency.
