为探明盐胁迫对萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)种子萌发的影响,用不同浓度的NaCl胁迫处理萌发期的萝卜种子。结果发现,低浓度(≤20 mmol/L)NaCl胁迫处理对萝卜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等有显著促进作用,但对胚根长度、胚芽长度、胚鲜重的促进作用不显著。NaCl显著抑制萝卜种子萌发的浓度为100 mmol/L,显著抑制胚根生长的浓度为80 mmol/L,显著抑制胚芽生长的浓度为100 mmol/L。萝卜种子萌发的耐盐浓度、耐盐半致死浓度和耐盐极限浓度分别为155.02、250.02和402.02 mmol/L。
