离子淌度谱是一种快速检测痕量挥发性有机物的高灵敏方法。在放电离子源离子淌度谱装置上,研究了八种酮类有机物的离子淌度谱。实验测量了各种离子的约化迁移率,其中丙酮、正丁酮、1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、环己酮、苯乙酮的实验结果与前人63Ni放射源离子淌度谱相一致,而甲基异丙基酮、4-甲基-2-戊酮、环戊酮单体和二聚体离子的约化迁移率则是首次报道。实验测量的约化迁移率与离子质量线性相关,获得的对酮类有机物检测灵敏度在ng·L-1量级。
Ion mobility spectrometry is a highly sensitive method for the rapid detection of trace amounts of volatile organic compounds. In the discharge ion source ion mobility spectrometer, the ion mobility spectra of eight ketones were studied. Experimentally, the reduced mobility of various ions was measured. The experimental results of acetone, n-butanone, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, cyclohexanone and acetophenone are consistent with the ion mobility spectra of 63Ni radioactive sources , While the reduced mobility of methyl isopropyl ketone, 4-methyl-2-pentanone, cyclopentanone monomer and dimer ion is the first reported. The experimentally measured reduced mobility correlates linearly with the ion mass, and the sensitivity for the detection of ketones is on the order of ng · L-1.
