一、统计是制定合理计划指标的基础编制医院全年工作各项任务的指标，是医院管理的一项重要内容。首先，制定年计划指标是否合理，能否调动群众的积极性，与统计室提供的数据关系甚大。统计工作历年做得扎实，订出的计划指标就比较合乎实际。反之，订出的计划指标就不合实际。
1. Statistics is the basis for formulating reasonable planning indicators. The indicators for the preparation of all tasks for the hospital throughout the year are an important part of hospital management. First of all, whether or not the annual plan indicators are reasonable and whether they can mobilize the enthusiasm of the people are very much related to the data provided by the statistics office. The statistics work has been done solidly over the years, and the planned indicators have been more realistic. On the contrary, the planned indicators set out are not realistic.
