采用不同原子吸收光谱法对不同钙含量饲料中的铅含量进行测定,试验了不同钙量对铅测定结果的影响,比较了不同测定方法的测定结果,考察了不同时间添加硫酸盐对测定结果的影响.结果表明,饲料中的钙含量对铅的测定结果有较大影响,不砌测定方法结果差异较大,且硫酸盐的存在会对测定结果造成一定干扰.
